How does reserving online work?
Click “Reserve Online” on the unit you want and send the short request form. Deanna will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and your move-in date, then get your lease and gate code set up. Once you’re a tenant, you can pay and manage your account online any time.
Do I have to come to the office to sign paperwork?
Reserving is online. Deanna will walk you through signing the lease and getting your gate code — call (251) 675-4315 if you’d like to handle it over the phone or set a time to come by.
How does month-to-month billing work?
You’re billed monthly on your rental anniversary. No long-term contract, no cancellation fee — just give us notice when you’re ready to move out and we’ll close your account.
Do you offer autopay?
Yes — ask Deanna to set it up when you sign your lease, or through the tenant portal. It runs your monthly rent automatically on your bill date, so you never worry about a late fee.
What are climate-controlled (C/C) units for?
C/C units maintain a steady temperature and humidity range year-round, which protects furniture, wood, electronics, photos, documents, and anything else that can be damaged by Gulf-Coast heat and moisture.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes — you provide the lock and you’re the only person with the key. Disc locks are recommended for the highest security; we can point you to good options.
Can I get in after hours?
The gate is open to tenants daily 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. via keypad code. Office visits are by appointment — you don’t need the office to access your unit.
Do you have commercial or flex space?
Yes — adjacent to the storage facility we operate the Saraland Office Complex with 1,000 sq ft and 2,000 sq ft flex bays. Those are leased by conversation — use the “Inquire” button on those units and Deanna will call you back.
